Emaar Hospitality Group supports Emiratisation with empowering meetings and seminars for UAE Nationals

Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality & leisure subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties, recently organised a series of meetings and seminars for Emiratis working across the group, as part of the company’s strategy to nurture Emirati talent. 

Mr. Ibrahim Yaqoot, Executive Director, Corporate Support of the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing provided the hospitality professionals with an understanding of the industry during the sessions. 

The seminars addressed a spectrum of topics from the basics of hospitality, to the methods that can be used to achieve their professional goals, whilst contributing to the organisation. Speakers from Emaar Hospitality Group provided attendees with knowledge of the company’s achievements till date and its strategy moving forward.

The seminars were aimed at enhancing communication between management and the associates, proving to be an effective method of sharing the latest announcements, company structure, and the group’s core values. The forum also provided suggestions and solutions to challenges faced.
