Demi Lovato kicked off her 46-date Tell Me You Love Me World Tour on Monday night at the Viejas Arena in San Diego while clad in a racy garter belt and thigh-high boots.

The 25-year-old Grammy nominee - who boasts 157M social media followers - tweeted before the concert: 'I've never been more nervous/excited for a tour in my life!'

The former Disney Channel starlet had first emerged onstage in what appeared to be a black trench coat, which she stripped off to reveal the requisite pop star pleather leotard.

Hairstylist César DeLeön Ramirêz coiffed Demi's thigh-length raven extensions and Jill Powell made sure her make-up was on point for the show.

It's the New Mexico-born beauty's sixth headlining tour promoting her sixth studio album, Tell Me You Love Me.

Life on the road is always a challenge for the twice-rehabbed starlet, who's fast approaching her sixth year of sobriety.

At one point, Lovato got extra close to one of her female dancers, straddling the redhead while the duo squatted on the stage.

Demi (born Demetria) made sure to greet her Lovatics in the front row mosh pit as she sang a string of her songs like No Promises and Échame La Culpa.

The homeschooled millennial later changed into a short pink-sequinned boxer robe and lace-up booties with her hair in braids.

Backstage, the Smurfs: The Lost Village actress dressed down to meet some Stoneman Douglas High School students/survivors of the Florida massacre.

Supporting Lovato on the tour were her opening acts R&B songstress Kehlani and rapper DJ Khaled.

Demi will next put her four-octave pipes to use this Wednesday at the SAP Center in San Jose.
