The young Egyptian actor Hani Salamah will begin at the end of this month shooting his new film Cairo-Athens-Cairo in which the Lebanese young actress Noor costars in their second meeting on the big screen after the film Ashab Walla Business (Friends or Business).
Cairo-Athens-Cairo directed by Saad Hindawi, is about the youth problems and their dreams of immigration to achieve their aspirations through a young actress whom directors are not convinced with. She goes to Greece along with a Guitar player searching for an opportunity of success there.
“The film tackles the youth issues by presenting them through the roles played in it. I am happy to work with Sadd Hindawi in his direction debut and with the Lebanese actress Nour after the success of our previous film,” Salamah told the London based Arabic daily al Sharq al Awsat.
The young actor appears in this film after a one-year sabbatical during which he served as a conscript for one year, which ended at the beginning of this month.
Salamah denied that he deliberately performed shows in his artwork and said these were part of his five cinema works. He reiterated that he aspired to present a big show performance -- Albawaba.com
