Jeffrey Holland’s critically acclaimed one-man theatrical comedy show, “…And This Is My Friend Mr Laurel” arrives to Warehouse Four in Al Quoz on 18 June. This award-winning performance, written by Gail Luow and star Jeffrey Holland, was a sell-out at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2014, 2015 and 2018.
In “…And This Is My Friend Mr Laurel”, a sick Oliver Hardy is visited by his friend, Laurel. Together, the two reminisce about their time as the successful comedy double act, Laurel and Hardy. Inspired by one of Hollywood’s great film comedians, Stan Laurel, this play spins a moving story of friendship, love and dedication.
