We all know what a serious illness could do to an artist's life, but Egyptian actress Abeer Sabri insisted that her surgery did not affect any of her work obligations; she's still in a good mood!
The actress denied news reports claiming that her acting projects have been affected by her recent minor surgery, and insisted that she is currently studying a number of TV dramas that she'll be starring in, as well as preparing for a new TV show to be hosted by her on CBC.
According to Laha Magazine, Abeer's doctors advised her to get a two-week holiday to rest, in order for her wound to heal. So much for listening to doctor's orders, eh?
In other news, Abeer had recently returned from the US, where she filmed an episode of her upcoming TV show. The show's guest was Egyptian actor Majed Al Masri.
Back in July, Abeer made a trip to the hospital when she got hospitalized for food poisoning.
The Egyptian actress spent several days in hospital. She described the experience as “very harsh,” and felt as though she was hanging between life and death.
