The Acolyte star Amandla Stenberg says "White people crying was the goal"

ALBAWABA - The new Star Wars series "The Acolyte" is under fire after lead actress Amandla Stenberg had an interview with Trevor Noah saying "White people crying was the goal," triggering a swarm of opinions and anger among fans of the franchise. 

The interview in question was broadcast on Comedy Central's Trevor Noah Show and was only 18 seconds long, but this was enough to trigger several users on X (formerly known as Twitter) and deem the actress's comment "racist" and "pathetic".

Disney's newest entry for the beloved Star Wars universe "The Acolyte" received mixed reviews across the board with many fans calling it "Visually stunning but lacking in direction, writing, and casting." 

Moreover, several fans brought up Andor as it's considered one of the best Star Wars shows in the franchise and expressed how they are waiting on Dinsey to produce a series similar to its caliber adding that The Acolyte is "not it".
