Legendary Egyptian comedian actor Adel Imam always gets what he wants. Let’s face it, who can say no to him?
Imam has easily convinced legendary Egyptian actress Lebleba to join the cast of his upcoming TV drama “Saheb Al Saadah” (His Excellency).
Lebleba, who has only starred in a TV drama series once in her entire career, just couldn’t say no to Adel!
The actress’s role was in the 1990’s drama “Al Haffar” (The Digger), and the show was a total flop. Ever since then, she’s vowed to only star in films and plays. (We don’t blame ya, sista!)
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the two will begin filming their scenes together at the beginning of next week.
The cast includes legendary actor Mahmoud Yacine, Ahmad Eid, Ashraf Zaki, Nihal Anbar, Lutfi Labib, Angie Wijdan, Khaled Sarhan, Mohammad Imam and Ahmad Halawa. The drama will be aired during the coming Ramadan drama season of 2014.
