It is raining pop stars in Dubai!
On Feb. 2, Emirati singer and renowned star of the Gulf, Ahlam, will perform a mix of her new hits and timeless classics, as the first Arabic female singer at Dubai Opera, with an immense orchestra led by maestro Walid Fayed.
Ahlam has recorded more than 12 albums, and her career has included iconic performances in grand theaters such as the Paris Olympia Theatre and Misr Opera House in Cairo, four years as head judge on Arab Idol, frequent festival participation and symbolic social media interaction.
Ahlam has a vast and rich musical background and has been honored and awarded for her achievements by festivals throughout the world.
Located in Downtown Dubai, Dubai Opera is the radiant center of culture and arts in Dubai and the shining pearl of The Opera District. After three years of construction, the $330 million concert venue officially opened its doors late last year.
