The famous Iraqi artist Kathem Al Sahir denied circulating rumors that he plans to retire from the music business once his musical “Gilgamesh” is complete.
Al Saher released a memo from Beirut that also denied rumors spreading about his oldest son Wisam, and that he has married a Lebanese woman. Al Sahir confirmed that Wisam is not engaged.
Al Sahir said that he does not appreciate anyone interfering in his personal life, and that he may take legal action against those responsible for spreading such rumors.
Al Sahir’s last album “Al Rasem Bel Kalimat” (Drawing with Words) was released by ‘Rotana’ last month.
