Lebanese singer Alissa is scheduled to hold a grand performance on December 15 in Muscat, Oman.
According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, sources reveal that the singer may release her new album, produced by ‘Rotana’ between New Year’s Eve and the Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha.
Alissa had already chosen the cover for the album with the assistance of American director Mathews Claimer. Claimer introduced to Alissa new ways of designing album covers that increase their success.
Alissa has been chosen as the new face to represent the natural and elegant nature of women for the Middle Eastern soap and body care company ‘Lux’ in the Middle East. The fourth ‘Lux Elegance Festival,’ recently held in Beirut, featured some of the most popular Arab fashion designers and their 2006 lines.
Alissa was recently in Hollywood California to film two television commercials for ‘Pepsi Cola.’ One of the new commercials will include a special guest appearance by American pop star Christina Aguilera.
The singer is scheduled to hold a New Year’s Eve concert at the Rotana Hotel in Dubai.
