Amal Al Awadi is going through a very difficult time with the sudden death of her father. The Kuwaiti actress announced the loss of her father via Facebook and Twitter, writing a letter of condolences for her father.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Amal wrote, "My father Abdullah Al Awdi has passed away...May God forgive his soul. Rest in peace my dearest. I love You."
She reached out to her followers with a special request, "Please pray that his soul rests in peace."
Amal has also put a hold on he career for the time being. A number of TV dramas will be halted for the time being.
