So Egyptian actor Hani Salama was meant to grace our screens in a Ramadan 2014 drama, but superstar Amr Diab is behind the reason why he won't be doing that until the year 2015! What's Amr done now?
Hani was set to appear in “Harat Al Yahood” (The Jewish Neighborhood), which he said is a huge project in need of intensive preparations – ones that cannot be implemented at the moment for multiple reasons.
One of those reasons, according to Laha Magazine, is that Midhat Al Adel, the writer of Hani's show, is a lil bit preoccupied with writing a TV drama for Diab! Hmmm, we see who's more important now, eh?
But postponing this project certainly does not mean that he won't be digging his nails into another one for the Holy month of 2014! The ambitious actor is currently reading different scripts in order to pick the perfect one to star in.
to be fair, he did say that he wouldn't mind taking Ramadan off if he didn't like any of the scripts handed to him.
We wonder what kind of production Amr will be starring in? Hmm...
