Egyptian pop star Amr Diab will put on two Dubai concerts to wrap up 2017 and usher in 2018.
The crossover singer, known for hits such as Nour Al Ain and Amarain, will perform on December 29 at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre first, and then again on December 31 for a New Year’s Eve bash at Conrad Hotel.
“Amr Diab is a musical genius. The words ‘generation gap’ mean nothing to him as his music has remained relevant for over 35 years, enthralling fans across age [groups],” said Tamara Smith, marketing director for organisers Mission Control X.
Tickets are available online, from Dh195 to Dh795.
