Angham and Asala Did exchange songs

Egyptian singer Angham and the Syrian singer Asala Nasri will undergo a new and exciting experience as they are held guests on the new television show “Al Araab” that is hosted by the famous journalist Nishan. The first episode of the show will be aired today November 30th on ‘MBC’, and each singer will sing the other’s songs on the show.


 The idea of the show is to host two celebrities from different countries in the Arab world to sing with different dialects and personal styles, a theme that is very new to the Arabic public. The show feature two hours of continuous singing. The guests would only answer five short questions that are asked by the host of the show.


 On her side, Angham is very pleased with this new idea, since no other singer had experienced it before, excluding Egyptian singers Ali Al Hajar and Muhammad Al Hilo who’ve experienced it over ten years ago. Angham is also very pleased to be combined with the famous Syrian singer Asala.


 According to the London daily Elaph, the songs that both famous singers are singing during the show will be kept a surprise for the audience to see. On the other hand Angham decided to film a video clip for her new song “Dah Eli Indi” (This Is What I Have) that is written by Amir Tiamah and composed by Rami Jamal. The song is distributed by her ex-husband Fahed and directed by Ahmad Al Mahdi. The filming will take place between Cairo and London.
