Arab and foreign stars made their way to the glamorous Beirut International Awards Festival (BIAF) on Friday evening (June 12), where they were honored for their glittering work in their fields.
Stars included political, social, entertainment and cultural figures from the Arab world and abroad.
One of the significant faces awarded at the event was Lebanese superstar Haifa Wehbe's ex-husband Egyptian businessman Ahmed Abou Hashima.
Late iconic Lebanese singer Sabah's daughter Huwaida turned heads at the event as well. Everyone was surprised to see Huwaida, as this was her first appearance since her mother's death. What made her presence more questionable was the fact that she didn't attend Sabah's funeral or publicly mourn her passing.
British Ambassador to Lebanon Tom Fletcher, Turkish actress Vildan Karahan, Kuwaiti singer Nawal, Lebanese starlet Nancy Ajram and many more were also amongst those who were awarded by the BIAF.
