Ahlam made many statement about the stars of her generation, and revealing her opinion regarding which starlet could become a legendary songstress with a career that could last for decades.

Ahlam said in a Snapchat video that she can't see any female singer nowadays that can be added to the legendary stars list, because the starlets of today do not have what it takes, yet she said that a phenomenal star that tops everyone else could happen 20 years from now.

The Emirati singer also suggested that the only starlet that currently has good potential is Dalia Mubarak because of her voice, her smart choices of lyrics and her excelllence in performing is Dalia Mubarak, and she described her voice as awesome.

Even though Ahlam did not mention Moroccan songstress Dunia Batma, many took what she said as a reply to the latter's recent statement that she is a star that is bigger than songs and lyrics, and that her name is sufficient enough to ensure success, which made many describe her as arrogant, with some perhaps waiting for a response from Ahlam on this statements.

In another story, Ahlam is currently preparing to perform in a big concert in Los Angeles on 'Dolby' stage that annually hosts the Oscars on the 27th of July.
