Syrian singer Asala Nasri and her husband, Egyptian director Tareq Al Arian took a secret trip to the UAE, but the short getaway ended up being more business than pleasure.
The duo travelled between Dubai and Abu Dhabi while Nasri explored new business ventures and spread the word about her latest Khaliji album, 'Shakhsieh Aneeda' (Stubborn Personality).
According to Middle East news portal Elaph, Nasri was back in Cairo before the media realised that she had even been away.
By the sounds of it, the star will be in need of another holiday before long!
