Emirati singer Ahlam caused a storm of comments on social media after her latest appeaance in "The Voice Arabia".
Ahlam sported patterned clothes and added some drawings to her face, which made lots of followers post saracstic comments.
Yet, Syrian singer Assala Nasri complimented Ahlam's different look and stood by her side against the negative comments, posting a a picture of Ahlam on her official instagram account with a flirtatious caption, quoting Iraqi singer Kathem Al Saher's song "Kollak Ala Baadak" (All Of You).
Assala captioned the picture "So clever and close to the heart.. Kathem Al Saher was right when he sang 'All of you is Beautiful' for you."
