ALBAWABA - Chinese statue maker Infinity Studio announced pre-orders for an Avatar statue that might cost fans around a whopping $9,000 depending on where they live as it will be shipped from Shanghai, China. A price guaranteed to leave you and your wallet clinging to dear life.
The statue in question is inspired by one of the movie's main characters Neytiri whom Zoe Saldaña plays in the Way of Water sequel, which premiered in cinemas worldwide in December 2022, 13 years after its predecessor. Hobby Link Japan (a collectibles website from the land of the Rising Sun) is also offering the statue on its website.

According to Infinity Studio's original website, the Avatar statue has a retail price of $5850 for the premium and $2850 for the elite version. However, the price is guaranteed to skyrocket to almost double the original for shipping and importing fees, which could be more or less depending on the country you reside in as mentioned above.
The statue is called "Infinity Studio Avatar: The Way of Water Neytiri Life-Size Bust" and is available for pre-orders on Infinity Studio's official website here.

Paying for the premium statue will get you a slightly Neytiri taller at a height of 117.3cm (46.18 inches) which is the actual life-size of the character making it quite frightening to look at in the night if you have no lights on! Take in mind that the Avatars in the movie are a lot taller than humans! Statue enthusiasts and makers call it a 1:1 scale.
The statue is set to start shipping around the world in December 2024, a year after its announcement which is normal when it comes to the statue and figurine industry in Asia including China and Japan.
