Some of Syria’s crème de la crème in the acting world have begun filming scenes for the upcoming drama series “Ma Waraa’ Al Wujooh” (Behind the Faces) in Damascus this month.
The social drama stars Bassam Kousa and Ayman Zeidan as the leading male actors, and Abdel Minem Amairi, Salma Al Masri, Hiba Nour, Madiha Knefati, Maram Ali, Mutasim Al Nahar and Lina Hurana.
The interesting storyline was written by Fatahalah Umar and it revolves around two families, one headed by Bassam and the other by Ayman, who seem to get on perfectly well, except each family holds a secret grudge against the other and is waiting for just the right moment to get their vengeance.
That’s gotten our attention. We’ll be watching!
