And on Saturday, the iconic boy band celebrated the final show of their Las Vegas residency at the Planet Hollywood & Casino.
During part of their set, the men took time to honor their wives, serenading them and presenting them with red roses.
Brian Littrell, 44, took to Instagram to share a snap of the five-some together for the last night of their residency.
'Last night...," wrote the star, along with a collection of hashtags.
The bands official account also documented the men's big night, including the moment they got down on one knee, to serenade their wives with a single red rose each.
Nick Carter, 39, is married to wife Lauren Kitt, while Brian to Leighanne Wallace, and AJ McLean, 41, to Rochelle DeAnna McLean. Howie Dorough, 45, is wed to Leigh Boniello, while Kevin, 47, to Kristin Richardson.
Their performance was even attended by one-time rival boy band singer, Lance Bass, who sang along to I Want It That Way with AJ.
At one point, Nick spoke on stage to the crowd, and said that Vegas 'changed the Backstreet Boys lives.'
'In particular for me, I finally found my home in Las Vegas,' he noted.
In an Instagram Video, Brian made sure to thank his fans for their support.
'So it's all said and done. Vegas is a wrap. They're blowing the stage off. All the confetti out here. Just want to say thank you guys, to all the fans. All the love. All the support. Empty house right now. But it feels d*** good when it's full. So, thank you guys. We love you. And until next time, Vegas, gotta go."
The men began their residency in March 2017, but are not done yet.
Up next for the Backstreet Boys is their DNA World Tour, which will see them on the road from May until October.
