She was the leading lady on the runway for Givenchy's stunning Paris Fashion Week show.

And Bella Hadid, 19, did not disappoint as she rocked a gothic chic look for the star-studded event in a black jacket with a tasseled hem and puffy arms teamed with an LBD and leggings.

The supermodel - who recently hit headlines due to claims made over her allegedly cosmetically altered face - had her pale complexion exaggerated with smeared dark eye make-up, creating an eerie finish and professionally applied contouring enhanced her already defined cheekbones.

With the show's FROW just inches away on either side, Bella - who was joined on the runway by stunning supermodel Irina Shayk - kept her composure as she strode with purpose keeping her face expressionless.

The brunette beauty's tresses were simply styled in a middle parting and fell sleekly over her shoulders. Her mixed-style jacket was held together at the front by a golden circular clasp which added a touch of glamour to the colourless outfit.

And she looked as defiant as ever following reports were made last week that she has undergone cosmetic changes to her face in recent years: Star magazine reported the girlfriend of The Weeknd had some help getting her famously perfect features.

'Bella has always been hugely insecure,' a friend told the publication. 'But it really ramped up when (her sister) Gigi started modelling.' The magazine suggested she went to see a doctor about it: 'She really went to town with her dad's credit card and is practically unrecognisable.' The source did not make clear what she had done, whether it was just fillers or something more.

Her father is developer Mohamed Hadid and mother is former model Yolanda Foster, both of whom have appeared on hit bravo reality series The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

Whether Bella has had work done or not, one thing is for certain: she is now considered one of the top models in the fashion business.

Meanwhile, Paris Fashion Week ever-presents Kris Jenner and her son-in-law Kanye West stepped out to attend the show together.

The 60-year-old momager and musician Kanye, 38, looked chic as they headed to the FROW at the star-studded fashion event.

Kanye wore his trademark glum expression throughout the show, with Kris smiling for the cameras. Soon after the show, he took to Twitter to let his fans know what music he has been listening to. He wrote: 'Playing the new Nigel Holt album in Paris … this is the perfect vibe right now!' She stood out in a white blazer, which she wore over chic black trousers and a matching polo neck top. She arrived wearing sunglasses and a pair of peep-toe heels.

Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci famously designed Kim Kardashian's wedding dress when she married Kanye in 2014.

West later said of the wedding snap: 'So we sat there and worked on that photo for four days – because the flowers were off-color and stuff like that.

‘Can you imagine telling someone who wants to just Instagram a photo, who’s the number one person on Instagram, “We need to work on the color of the flower wall”, or the idea that it’s a Givenchy dress, and it’s not about the name Givenchy, it’s about the talent that is Riccardo Tisci - and how important Kim is to the internet,' he explained.

Meanwhile, Kris and Kanye arrived in Paris last week just in time to see Kendall Jenner walk the runway for Balmain.

Kanye kept things casual in a hoodie and shiny trousers which he teamed with brown suede high-tops - he recently showed his Yeezy Season 3 collection at New York Fashion Week at Madison Square Garden.

They were in good company on the night as supermodel Lara Stone made sure all eyes were on her when she attended the show. The 32-year-old put on a very leggy display in a snakeskin patent mini dress which had lace panels around the crotch and laser cut sections at the hem. She teamed the number with a pair of lace-up shoe boots which had a cut-out detail at the side and wore a matching blazer which also had a high-shine effect and carried a cute little clutch bag in her hand.

Also present was singer Ciara, who looked incredible in a black sheer camisole top worn under a black suit. She arrived on the arm of her boyfriend, NFL star Russell Wilson.
