The hearts of Beyonce fans across the country broke on Friday after it was confirmed that the music superstar will not perform in Israel, according to Army Radio.
Though Israeli tour dates were never officially confirmed, the supposed Israeli promoters Bluestone Group Promotion Ltd. said Beyonce Knowles would perform at Park Hayarkon on October 26 and 27. However, on Friday, the singer's managers informed Bluestone that an additional leg of her Formation world tour, which would have included Israel, would not be added.
Rumors of her show first began spreading in February, with a Facebook group called Beyonce Israel creating an event for August 3.
Knowles performed in several cities around Europe in July and early August but according to her website, the next tour date will be in New Jersey on September 7. A similar disappointing situation happened in 2014 when Channel 2 reported that she would be adding an Israel date to her tour.
But after all the hype, the news sites had to put all the rumors in a box to the left.
