"The Big Night" will bring us Safia Al Umari to the screen again

Egyptian actress Safia Al Umari has said hello to the screen again in a new film titled "Al Laylah Al Kibeerah" (The Big Night).

Tag teaming with her dynamic duo, Sofiya starred in the film written by Ahmad Abdullah and directed by Sameh Abdel Aziz. The threesome have put out some pretty sweet cinema in the past with their previous films "Kabareeh" (Nightclub) and "Al Farah" (The Celebration).

According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Sofiya signed the dotted line and said yes to starring in the project with  producer Ahmad Al Sabki. They aren't taking long to get started, and the first scenes are slated to be shot next week so as to be ready for airing come winter break this year.

There will be some other familiar faces in the film.  Khaled Al Sawi and Donia Samir Ghanem have also agreed to hit up the set that is currently being constructed at Studio Masr in preparation for filming.
