Well, it certainly would seem that way. Ali Fazal posted a soft-focus oh la la romance picture of himself with Chadha on Twitter. He's wearing a vintage military-style jacket and she's calm and happy in white.

The duo first turned heads when Richa joined Ali for the premiere of Victoria & Abdul at the 74th Venice International Film Festival.
She seemed to confirm the relationship was real when she reposted the original picture.
