Calvin has been building his real estate portfolios over the past few years as the money keeps rolling in and his latest purchase is certainly a gem in his list of homes both Stateside and his native UK.

The house, which was listed at $5.5 million when it went on sale in October, boasts four stunning bedrooms with exquisite views in each atop lavish interior design.

nteriors in the property have been restored to a modern theme from its 1940s origins, with a grand living room boasting a whopping 18ft ceiling and walls made entirely of glass which affords city and canyon views.

For a home bought from a DJ to a DJ, one of the key features is the state-of-the-art studio on the second floor of the custom-built office means he can work from the confines of his own home.

The stunning kitchen is jam-packed with mod-cons while also overlooking the stunning pool area - complete with a host of loungers and pool furniture for al fresco meals.

MailOnline has contacted Calvin's representatives for comment.

Last year it was revealed Calvin had splashed out almost £3million ($4million) on a five-bedroom mansion for his parents in Somerset as he moved them out of their more modest home in their native Dumfries in Scotland.

It was reported at the time that his own company CH Music Ltd financed a £2.8million loan to buy the home.

A source said at the time: 'Calvin’s chuffed to bits to be able to splash out on a mansion for his mum and dad because they’ve supported him through thick and thin. It’s everyone’s dream to be able to give something back to their parents and Calvin is most definitely living the dream.

'The house is impressive but you wouldn’t expect anything less from a guy who wrote a song called Mansion. It was a bit of a wrench for David and Pamela to leave Dumfries but that’s offset by the fact they are now closer to Sophie, who has two kids.'
