She's one of the most in-demand models around at the moment.
And Gigi Hadid is no slouch when it comes to property investment, either.
The 20-year-old has listed her two-bedroom apartment in New York's upscale Manhattan for $1.45 million, according to real estate website Zillow.

Gigi bought it for $1.92 million last year via a trust in the name of her mother, Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid Foster, according to the New York Daily News.
And if she gets her asking price, the beautiful blonde will pocket a cool $530,000.
Gigi entertained her best friends Taylor Swift and Kendall Jenner at her beautifully appointed 935 sq-ft home last December and they helped her with the Christmas decorations.
