Egyptian singer Hani Shaker will be taking to the stage in the iconic Cairo Opera House next year.
The veteran star will perform a concert in favor of the works of the late legendary singer Abdel Halim Hafez.
Mark your calendars for January 21 if you wish to see the "Prince of Arab singing" live in action.
Hani recently came under fire for passing a law which prevents female singers from dressing in revealing clothes should they wish to perform in Egypt.
His decision, as the Head of the Musicians Syndicate, was met with more protest than acceptance from Arab stars.
In other news, Hani's single “Wenta Mashy Fi Masr” (When You Walk in Egypt) has topped the lists of his songs on the Angham music website.
Meanwhile, the Egyptian star is currently putting the finishing touches to his new album.
