Three singers are set to headline this year’s off-track entertainment at the Bahrain Motorsport Festival.
American pop star Dev, globally renowned Algerian superstar Khaled and Moroccan singer-songwriter Hatim Ammor will be performing at the festival, which will feature the FIA World Endurance Championship’s (WEC) Bapco Six Hours of Bahrain.
The entertainment is organised by Action-Ha entertainment and will be taking place at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir on the sidelines of the races from November 17 to 19.
Kicking off the live shows will be Ammor on November 17, followed by Dev on November 18 and Khaled, formerly known as Cheb Khaled, will close out the event on November 19. All those with tickets to the Bahrain Motorsport Festival will be able to attend.
Dev is a popular singer, songwriter, rapper and radio host well known for her hit songs Bass Down Low, Booty Bounce and In the Dark. She has collaborated with acclaimed artists such as Enrique Iglesias, Far East Movement and Fabolous.
Khaled is widely regarded as the most internationally famous Algerian singer in the Arab world, with his biggest hits Didi, Aicha and C’est la vie. The award-winning singer has collaborated on songs with other artists, including U2 and Pitbull.
Meanwhile, Ammor will take to the stage to perform some of his most popular songs, including Ammor Ya Khadija and Hsebni Temaa. In addition to the concerts, there will be family entertainment, including a series of motoring and children’s shows. A motoring stunt show will also be enthralling fans as well as a series of car stunts, motorcycle displays and fire stunts.
A pair of children’s shows are also set to be part of the festival, with variety singing and dancing performance A Broadway Spectacular Show, which will perform A Pirate Adventure, The Wonderful West End and Jack and The Beanstalk. A Ministry of Science show will also be held, which will take the audience on a journey through the different types of energy using demonstrations and historical references as the narrative.
