ALBAWABA - Court re-arrests Ayşe Barım, sparking outrage over health concerns.

This week, the court case over famous talent manager Ayşe Barım took a new turn. She has been wanted again by the Istanbul 27th High Criminal Court, just days after being freed for health reasons.

Barım is on trial for reportedly helping to plan the 2013 protests in Gezi Park. He was released on probation and told he couldn't leave his house or travel. Medical reports indicated that she had major heart problems and a brain aneurysm, which her lawyers showed in court. They said that while she was in jail, her life was in danger. At first, the court agreed and let her go with some conditions.

Soon after, Barım passed out at home and had to go to the hospital. While she was getting help, authorities didn't agree with the release order. The 27th High Criminal Court agreed with the argument and issued a new arrest warrant for her.

Ali Mahir Başarır, her lawyer, was very upset about the ruling. "I had a video call three hours ago." "There are individuals who disregard their own shame." In this case, you are capturing someone again! "You will definitely be responsible for what you did," he said.

The new decision is based on the same report that got her released. This time, though, the court said there was "no obstacle" to her staying in jail. People have said that choice was detrimental, but her supporters have said that her health is very weak.

Barım is accused of using her job in the entertainment business to get singers to join the protests in Gezi Park. If she is found guilty, she could spend 22 years and 6 months to 30 years in jail.

During the trial, a number of famous stars have spoken out in her defense. Barım never told them to protest; they went on their own.
