And the two-time Grammy nominee has given her 86.5million Instagram followers plenty of romantic moments to ship.
She put on an adorable display with her beau Friday, as she took to Instagram with her 'favorite pic' of them, giving butterfly kisses under the moonlight.
The 27-year-old captioned the photo: 'Oh man this might be my favorite pic of us so far... thank you for making me the happiest. I love yew soooo much @maxehrich.'
She recently celebrated the Young and the Restless star's 29th birthday in a sweet Instagram tribute.
Demi wrote: 'I feel unconditionally loved and accepted by you in a way that I’ve never felt before.. I can’t explain it or you.. you’re indescribable, you beautiful, man.
'Inside and out you are jaw-droppingly gorgeous.. You’re also such a positive lil beam of light in my life and I can’t wait to make more birthday memories together.. here’s to the future baby. I love you @maxehrich.'
She's currently preparing to release a four-part YouTube documentary series, in which she opens up about her 2018 drug overdose.
A source told The Sun: 'Demi’s experience in 2018 was horrific and will continue to affect her for years to come, so she hasn’t felt able to speak about it properly yet.
'But she has written much of her upcoming album about the situation and wants to address exactly what happened to her in the hope she can prevent anyone else suffering a similar experience.
‘She has been nervous about speaking about what happened because she doesn’t want anything to be misconstrued, so decided her own series would be the best way as she will have the power to control exactly what is spoken about.'
Most of the project is reportedly finished, and it's expected to be released sometime this summer.
The Sorry Not Sorry artist was hospitalized for two weeks after an opioid overdose in July of 2018, subsequently entering an in-patient rehab program.
Lovato has returned to music this year, making her first performance since the overdose at the Grammy Awards, before performing the Star Spangled Banner at Super Bowl LIV, while preparing to drop her seventh studio album.
