Diana Haddad looses lawsuit against concert contractor

Prominent Lebanese singer Diana Haddad held a press conference in Grand Hyatt Hotel in Cairo to talk about her latest musical album. which was recently released and contains 13 songs. Mohsen Jaber, owner of Alam El Phan production Company, attended the conference in addition to Suhail al-Abdoul, Diana's husband. 

 

Diana revealed that she had lost a lawsuit against a party contractor, whom she had filed a complaint against recently. Diana was demanding 16 thousand dollars as the rest of her wage and an additional 100 thousand dollars as compensation because the contractor did not fulfill his part of contract. The concerts were supposed to take place in Australia. 

 

Immediately after the launch of her latest album “Awil Marah” (The First Time), Diana was attacked by strong rumors that state she has gotten a divorce from her husband, Suhail Abdoul. Rumors had it that the couple had gotten a divorce after she began working with a new director, instead of Suhail, for one of her music videos.  

 

Diana denied the rumor stressing that her relationship with her husband is on great terms and that they are living a happy life together. She added that rumors have a way of always coming out when a singer releases a new work. The singer revealed that one of the biggest proofs that she and her husband are not facing any problems is the fact that he was present at the press conference she held with the launch of her album. –Albawaba.com
