Last week, Diana was admitted to hospital where doctors discovered that she was suffering from Cholecystitis, which is an inflammation of the gallbladder.
After receiving hundreds of 'get well wishes,' Diana's media office sent out an official thank you on Facebook to everyone who had asked about her while she was still in hospital.
The ailing starlet looked better than OK for someone who's just had surgery in the pictures she had posted from her hospital bed.
In the background, you could see balloons and bouquets of flowers sitting on her windowsill from family and friends.
