ALBAWABA - A fan of the Lebanese singer Elissa has sparked online debate by allegedly saying that American singer and actress Ariana Grande imitated Elissa in her latest photoshoot.
Elissa's fan posted on social media both photoshoots (Ariana and Elissa) claiming that the international artist Ariana Grande's photo used to promote cosmetics was inspired by the photoshoot Elissa made 9 years ago.
It is worth noting that Elissa's photo was dedicated to the cover of her 2014 album titled "Halet Hob" (translated: A State of Love). Meanwhile, the Ariana Grande's one was taken for an advertisement for a cosmetics brand.
Tons of comments were made by the Lebanese artist's fans where many allegedly said this was not the first time, Elissa is being imitated by Grande or other international artists.
Nonetheless, another fan of Elissa also posted on X two images one showing Elissa while wearing a bunny-ear headpiece and another picture of Grande showing the American star wearing a similar one however, with an eye mask.
On the other hand, many said people could think the same sometimes and that it shouldn't always mean that Ariana is imitating Elissa.
