While every star furiously competes to rise to the top, they often end up on a hospital bed with exhaustion, much like what happened to Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfik.
On Monday, the hard-working singer was rushed to hospital after suddenly feeling unwell. Several hours and medical tests later, Ehab was on his way home, reported Nawaret news.
The 49-year-old artist told his Facebook followers that his health scare was due to fasting and a lack of sleep, while still working on his music.
His doctor's orders? To stay away from anything that may cause him stress, tension or anger, while fully resting and staying away from work-related activities, according to Laha Magazine.
Ehab told his fans not to worry, assuring them that he'll return to showbiz once he gets back on his feet.
