Even after multitudes of fans have waited forever for superstars Tamer Hosny and Amr Diab to release their latest greatest music vids to the world of YouTube, Donia Samir Ghanem sneaked in and stole their thunder.
The number of hits she’s received on the site has surpassed those of her male colleagues by far with a record breaking five million views of her latest song "Qissat Shita" (Winter Story) in the first week of its release.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, even Donia is surprised by the stellar success of the song and that of her other YouTube release "Wahda Tani Khalis" (A Totally Different Woman) as well.
Donia has also just released a third song on YouTube titled "Aleek Habeebi Kalam" (There is Talk About You Dear). The producing company 'Roznama Records' announced that the complete album will be released ASAP with hopes that fans will go cray cray over the whole record.
