ALBAWABA - American actor Pedro Pascal took home with him the SAG Award for his best performance by a male actor in HBO's The Last of Us series starring one of the best teammates of 2023 Bella Ramsey and himself!

The Last of Us series is based on the award-winning game by Naughty Dog which goes by the same name and because of its popularity among gamers, received a sequel and countless remakes across Playstation consoles.

According to International The News, Pedro Pascal admitted to being drunk. At the same time, he received the awards as he took to the stage “I’m gonna have a panic attack and I’m gonna leave” as he received claps from the audience including Barbie's Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie who said, "I love him!"

He added while drunk:

"It's an incredible f***ing honor," and "This is wrong, for a number of reasons. I'm a little drunk. I thought I could get drunk," he said. "And thank you, HBO for ... geez Louise, I'm making a fool of myself. But thank you so much for this!"

Additionally, Pedro was seen crying out of happiness as he took to the stage with a tearful speech. He claimed to not have anticipated winning the award.

This might've come to his mind because he went against the spectacular Succession cast including Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, Matthew Macfadyen, and The Morning Show's Billy Crudup who received countless awards among several award ceremonies in 2023.
