Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq had to cancel a live interview with radio station "Saot Al Ghad" (The Voice of Tomorrow) at the last minute.

According to the London based Elaph, Ehab's manager said that the singer was in a car accident and requested the interview be rescheduled.  The station was shocked to learn that Ehab will not appear, and has been less than understanding.

On a different note, a concert held by a number of Arab artists in celebration of Yemen's ‘National Day’ was abruptly halted, along with a live broadcast of the event on several music channels.

Chaos broke out in the audience, apparently angry that Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfiq had finished his performance.

Concert organizers reported that the audience began breaking furniture and throwing garbage, causing US$350,000 worth of damage.

The singer recently arrived in Kuwait to attend an event for Technology and Communication. The singer revealed that he tries to attend as many exhibitions as possible.

Ehab is scheduled to release his upcoming album this July, but has already released two singles, one honoring Mother’s Day and the other about the holy Prophet Mohammad, Peace Be Upon Him.

Ehab also has just completed filming his latest music video for the romantic song "Alath Kilmit Hub" (The Sweetest Love Word), directed by Yasser Sami.

The singer has made drastic changes to his appearance, especially to his hair style, in the clip.
