After an absence that lasted over two years, Lebanese singer Elaine Khalaf is making her comeback to the music scenes with a new album “Bardo Sudfa” (Also a Coincidence). The singer was previously scheduled to release her album at an earlier time, but the current situation in Lebanon has forced her to postpone.

The singer revealed that the new scheduled date for release is at the end of May. Elaine revealed that she chose Lebanese director Caroline Libky to direct her music video “Bardo Sudfeh” instead of director Salim Turk, whom she had been used to working with in the past. Elaine stressed that the change was a must, especially due to the fact that she had been away from the scenes for quiet some time.

The singer revealed that the clip is a semi shift in the style people have come accustomed to seeing her in and that she underwent a complete change of looks. Elaine’s new album is scheduled for release by the end of the current month under the production of Alam El Phan Production Company.

Khalaf is planning on making a strong comeback with her album, which features ten songs varying between the Lebanese and Egyptian accents, and the singer has overlooked the thought of releasing a single, wanting to focus on the album as a whole. Elaine has cooperated with numerous poets and composers some of who are new to the scenes, because she feels that they always have new ideas and styles to present, wanting to ensure that her album is of the highest standards.
