Burn! Syrian actor Abed Fahed was snubbed by Lebanese musician Elias Rahbani who claimed to not even know whom Abed was!
At the recent Al Biaq Festival, which was held to honor Lebanese and Arab stars in Beirut, Abed entered at the same time as Elias Elias Rahbani and immediately bowed to kiss his hand as a form of respect.
Elias immediately pulled his hand away in shock as Abed told him, "You are the icons of Al Rahbani Art".
After the greeting ended, Elias asked one of the journalist from the magazine Sayidaty.net, "Who is this person who kissed my hand, I swear I have no idea who he is."
According to Sayidaty.net, the surprised journalist told Elias that Abed is a very famous Syrian actor.
When the same journalist informed Abed that Elias did not know his identity, he was he replied, "The important thing is that I know who he is and when I kissed his hand in respect I kissed the hand that created the Rahabani art and produced the legendary Lebanese singer Fairouz."
Abed remained humble, despite being dissed, but it's kind of surprising after how much he applauded himself recently for being such a successful actor.
