Controversial Lebanese journalist Elie Bassil surprised the audience by announcing the separation of Syrian actor Taim Hassan and Egyptian presenter Wafaa el-Kilany.
Elie posted a picture from the couple's wedding, and wrote that on November 15 exactly at 11 am, Wafaa El-Kilany has been at Al-Ahli Bank in Alexandria to receive $100,000 as deferred dowry sent from her husband Taim Hassan as they officially divorce.
Neither Wafaa nor Taim have commented on these rumors yet.
Three days ago, Wafaa liked one of Taim's tweets about his hit series A-Hayba Al-Rad, and everything looks normal between them.
Syrian actress Ruba Al-Saadi was angered of Bassil's post.
She commented: "What's the point of exposing an artist's personal life?"
Elie responded with even a more provoking answer, saying: "So that you can learn to become an artist and for your dream to come true of us talking about you and your life, pretty girl."
Taim Hassan and Wafaa El-Kilany got married in 2017 after he left his ex wife, actress Dema Bayyaa.
