The famous Lebanese artist Elissa won the “World Music Award” for garnering the highest record sales in the Middle East for her latest album “Tesada’ Be Meen” (Believe In Who).
Elissa captured the attention of everyone in attendance in her elegant, gold dress at the awards ceremony held in Monaco, France. Best selling artists from all over the world received similar awards at the ceremony.
After accepting the award, Elissa said that she considers winning the award for a third time a turning point in her music career. Elissa received the same award in 2005 and 2006.
