Essam Kamal is an award winning selling artist, who has had big exposure in the region with the release of hit albums like “Gabarni El Waget” (Time forced me) in 2002, “Rahal” (Wanderer) in 2005 (Gold Selling Album) and his hot Jalsah album “Romantics” in 2007.
He has now become a very well known artist in the whole Arab world and his fame keeps growing rapidly with the big support from the Arab media.
Essam is all set to release his new long awaited album with 14 fresh tracks that vary between upbeat Khaleeji (Gulf) pop, crossover mid-tempo tracks and wonderful sentimental ballads.
The highlights include:
- The album title track “Metraba’Hena” (Sitting here) is a very catchy upbeat duet song with Lebanese superstar “Dina Hayek” This is the first video form the album: this is a killer tune!!
- The wonderful ballad “Yani Bekafek” (Enough of you) is an excellent track with special arrangement that makes it a fab classical song.
- “Ta’alah Habiby” (Come to me my love) is a wonderful blend of Spanish music with Khaleeji lyrics and soprano solos.
Other prime cuts include: “Mata Tertah” (When will you relax), “Takhaial” (Imagine), “Ana Ween” (Where am I) and of course the killer track “Andak Khabar” (Did you know).
This album is considered to be the killer Khaleeji album for this season; it is a great return for Essam.
