In town to celebrate Dubai Shopping Festival’s (DSF) 20th edition, celebrity journalist Giuliana Rancic and husband Bill were spotted at Mall of the Emirates’ snow-capped hills of Ski Dubai – cuddling with the Arctic birds and propelling across the breadth of the Middle East’s first-ever indoor ski resort on a state-of-the-art zip line – the Snow Bullet.
