ALBAWABA - Jeff Nippard, a bodybuilder, said that his fiancée, fitness influencer Stephanie Buttermore, had died.
This morning, March 6, Nippard's team shared the sad news of Stephanie Buttermore's death on Instagram. She was 36 years old. The reason for her death has not been made public.
“It is with profound sorrow that we share the sudden passing of Jeff’s fiancée and partner of ten years, Stephanie,” the post read. “As many of you know, Stephanie meant the world to Jeff.”
The post praised Stephanie Buttermore's life and said, "She will be remembered for her kindness and warmth, her love for her family, and her PhD research on ovarian cancer."
The statement concluded by requesting respect for Nippard's desire for privacy.
The news of Buttermore's death comes just a few days after her birthday on February 25. Nippard put a picture of himself and her on Instagram less than two weeks before her birthday. Because it was Valentine's Day, he shared a picture of the two of them smiling together. He wrote in the post's description, "Relationship maxxing with tea time to lower cortisol levels ❤️."
Buttermore also had a successful career as an exercise influencer before she died. She quit in May 2024. She said at the time that she was going to take a break for her mental health. She expressed that her worry was "crippling," but after ceasing to use social media, her mental health improved to its highest level ever.
Stephanie Buttermore, who had over 1 million YouTube subscribers and 525K Instagram followers, made videos about women's health adventures and always pushed body positivity and intuitive eating.
On her YouTube page, it says that she studied cancer and got her Ph.D. in pathology and cell biology, with a focus on "the molecular mechanisms that drive ovarian cancer progression."

In October 2022, Nippard and Stephanie Buttermore said they were getting married. When they announced they were getting married, Nippard said that he met her through social media and that they "immediately formed a friendship."
"We talked on Skype for three to four hours every day for about a month straight until I flew from Canada to Florida to visit her," he wrote. "I will never forget our first date; it was great for my shoulders 😂."
As there were not many comments on the announcement post, fans of the couple shared their condolences in the last picture he posted on his profile.
"I'm truly sorry." I have followed Stephanie for years; what a beautiful soul. "Praying for you and your family," one person wrote.
Someone else said, "I love you, Jeff." I have no idea what you're going through. Saying prayers for you ❤️.
