Friday Viewing: What if Simba Was a Psychopath?

As part of his efforts promoting his upcoming film Una (dir.: Benedict Andrews), star Ben Mendelsohn (The Place Beyond the Pines, The Dark Knight Rises) was asked to give a signature "dramatic" reading of The Lion King's song "I Just Can't Wait to Be King".

A live-action Lion King remake will be releasing in 2019, helmed by director Jon Favreau (2016's The Jungle Book). It will star Donald Glover (The Martian) as Simba and James Earl Jones (Star Wars) as Mufasa. Let's hope their rendition of the song is less...hair-raising.
