In an interview with journalist Wael Ibrashi, Egyptian actress Ghada Abdel Razek, who is currently celebrating the release and success of her new movie "Elli Ikhtasho Mato" (The Decent Ones Are Dead), revealed that she is suffering from a serious eye injury and is undergoing surgery in the very near future.
The controversial starlet said that she has been getting treatment for her eye condition for the past three years, but that she never publicly spoke about it because she "had a job to do and was responsible for her crew's well-being and their families," meaning that she couldn't just stop working on any of her projects as they would have lost their jobs and earnings, including hers.
As for the controversy that violently surrounded "The Decent Ones Are Dead" before its release, Ghada told Wael that she long told its critics that it didn't contain any "sexual content" like they claimed, and the reason behind its 16+ rating was because of a violent murder scene that would have been too disturbing for people under the age of 16 to watch.
