It's clear that Gigi Hadid puts her friends first.

The model joined her boyfriend Joe Jonas and his brother Nick in supporting Demi Lovato as she appeared as the musical guest on this week's Saturday Night Live.

Joe and Demi dated for a few months in 2010, but this obviously isn't an issue for kind-hearted Gigi.

'My First SN(actually)L' she wrote, adding two praise hands emojis.

After attending the taping of the long running NBC comedy show the 20-year-old even dropped by the show's after-party at Heartland Brewery in New York.

Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Gigi went makeup free and looked rather somber as she walked with Joe into the venue.

The runway star wore distressed black skinny jeans and pointed ankle boots with three buckles.

She added a white Tshirt with a cheeky image of hands cupping a pair of breasts, and added an extra bit of an edge with a leather black and silver leather jacket.

Also at the after party was Demi, who was spotted leaving at 4am on Sunday.

The 23-year-old singer gave an emotional performance of her song Stone Cold and appearing as a Martian in a sketch with host Tracy Morgan.

As she left the after party, Demi was presented with a nude photo of herself to sign, but she giggled and refused as a bodyguard escorted her away.

SNL host Tracy Morgan was also at the after party, and was spotted leaving in the early hours with wife Megan Woollover.

Morgan, who was a cast member on SNL for eight years, and Megan tied the knot in August after she was by his side during his difficult road to recovery. The newlyweds held hands as they exited the venue, with Tracy stopping to sign autographs and chat with fans.  The 30 Rock star - who invited costars Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin to join him on Saturday's SNL - wore a bright blue bomber jacket and blue canvas sneakers. Megan also stood out in a bright red jumpsuit, and held her husband's hand as they moved down the steps.

The New York-born comedian even managed to poke fun at his medical woes during his opening monologue on Saturday.
'People were wondering, "Can he speak? Does he have 100 per cent mental capacity?' he said. 'The truth is I never did. I may actually be a few points higher now,' he joked.

As for Joe Jonas, went for a casual black-and-white look for his Saturday night date with stylish Gigi. The former Disney star wore a white sweatshirt and black jeans, which he paired with blue canvas sneakers. Gigi and Joe were joined by his younger brother Nick as they celebrated the episode.

The pop star arrived separately and kept his hands in his pockets as he headed into the bar to mingle with cast and crew.
Nick, 23, is reported to be dating Kate Hudson, 26, but there was no sign of the actress while he was out in Manhattan on Saturday.

The SNL episode was hosted by former cast member Tracy Morgan, who is returning to the public eye after a long road to recovery after he was involved in a deadly car crash last year.

In the past few days, Gigi has been worried about best friend Kendall Jenner in the wake of her brother-in-law Lamar Odom's hospitalization.

On Wednesday, Gigi tweeted 'Praying for Lamar. Important to so many that are important to me.'

Lamar, the estranged husband of Khloe Kardashian, was in a coma for three days after collapsing at a Las Vegas brothel from a suspected overdose. The former LA Lakers star awoke from his coma on Friday, and on Saturday was reported to be breathing without the assistance of a ventilator.

Gigi has also recently made her directorial debut, stepping behind the camera to film Joe's new music video for his song Cake By The Ocean, by his new band DNCE.

The model, who also appeared in pal Taylor Swift's Bad Blood music video, came up with the concept for the video, Joe told Entertainment Weekly.

'She’s always had a high creative eye so she came up with concept and we rolled with it, Joe said told EW.

'She was a good boss.'
