She's shaken just like any other Iraqi.
Iraqi singer Shatha Hassoun has visited Baghdad Market where the dual bombing took place last Thursday to express her sympathy and grief.
The Star Academy alum documented her visit on Instagram.
She shared a video with her 2 million followers as she walked them through the blasts scene while she played one of her patriotic songs of Iraq.
Hassoun captioned the video:
'My visit today to the bombing location was very sad, especially when seeing the blood of the martyrs until now flowing in the Aviation Yard, the bale market, which is a market for the poor in which they sell very simple things. May their souls rest in peace. May God always keep our Iraq steadfast and strong.'
Despite Shatha's grief, she was heavily attacked by followers who criticized her choice of fashion for such a visit.
The singer sported an olive jacket with a pink-furry collar and paired it with light jeans and dark boots.
According to followers, Shatha should have put on a black outfit instead of this colorful number, telling her that this is a square of martyrs and not a concert stage.
While others described her whole visit as "showy" since the bombings were trending on the internet, adding that she wanted to take part of it to expand her fame.
