Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow met fans at Dubai Mall last night as she launched a new perfume.
The ‘Iron Man’ star told the crowd “I love Dubai” and spent 30 minutes signing autographs for invited guests at Paris Gallery.
Paltrow is the ambassador for Hugo Boss’ new women’s fragrance called Nuit.
The 40-year-old actress - who has children Apple, eight, and six-year-old Moses with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin - is reportedly considering planning one final addition to their family, even though she knows it wouldn’t be sensible at her age.
She told InStyle magazine: “My brain says, ‘Oh, I think I’m done, the kids are big now and I don’t want to go back to changing diapers’. But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I’m old now!”
Another fan at the Dubai Mall event added: “She looks really stunning in the flesh; she’s not bad for her age.”
And another woman said: “I’m a huge fan. I couldn’t see her from the back of the crowd so I’m really chuffed a security man helped me get a picture.”
Meanwhile, socialite Paris Hilton and Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor were also both in Dubai yesterday. Hilton tweeted: “Bye Mumbai! After an amazing trip in India, now taking off to Dubai with @RiverViiperi. #JetSetters.”
Kapoor is here for a two-day shoot for a brand of breakfast cereal.
